The special buyers of Lake Valencia were the perfect clients for us to sink our teeth into and show off what we do best. Being that they were relocating from Charleston this was a new place for them. However, they aren’t completely unaware of all that the Sunshine state can offer as they are originally from Florida themselves. Given their history in Florida and time in Charleston, this fun loving family of five had high expectations- and needs- when it came to a home. They needed space to live and to entertain, in updated style, all while providing the kick back lifestyle they frequently enjoy. After touring many homes that didn’t seem to hit all their needs, we luckily found this eye catching Florida pool home that met every expectation and then some.
Lovely Lake Valencia is a unique home in that it speaks style and comfort which spoke loudly to my clients. nest loved being a part of their journey relocating to the Tampa area by representing them on this beautiful home.
